Apres avoir décidé que ces propositions prendraient la forme d'un projet de convention internationale, adopte le Projet de Convention ciapres, a ratifier par les Membres de l'Organisation internationale du Travail, conformément aux dispositions de la Partie XIII du Traité de Versailles et des Parties correspondantes des autres Traités de Paix:

Having determined that these proposals shall take the form of a draft international convention,

adopts the following Draft Convention for ratification by the Members of the International Labour Organisation, in accordance with the provisions of Part XIII of the Treaty of Versailles and of the corresponding Parts of the other Treaties of Peace:

Każdy Członek Międzynarodowej Organizacji Pracy, ratyfikujący niniejszą Konwencję, zobowiązuje się do rozciągnięcia ustaw i rozporządzeń o odszkodowaniu ofiar nieszczęśliwych wypadków przy pracy, lub z powodu pracy na wszystkich pracowników najemnych w rolnictwie.

Tout Membre de l'Organisation internationale du Travail ratifiant la présente convention s'engage a étendre a tous les salariés agricoles le bénéfice des lois et reglements ayant pour objet d'indemniser les victimes d'accidents survenus par le fait du travail ou a l'occasion du travail.

Each Member of the International Labour Organisation which ratifies this Convention undertakes to extend to all agricultural wage-earners its laws and regulations which provide for the compensation of workers for personal injury by accident arising out of or in the course of their employment.

Urzędowe ratyfikacje niniejszej Konwencji, zgodnie z warunkami, przewidzianemi w Części XIII Traktatu Wersalskiego i odpowiednich Częściach innych Traktatów Pokoju, winny być przesłane Sekretarzowi Generalnemu Ligi Narodów celem zarejestrowania.

Les ratifications officielles de la présente Convention dans les conditions prévues a la Partie XIII du Traité de Versailles et aux Parties correspondantes des autres Traités de Paix, seront communiquées au Secrétaire général de la Société des Nations et par lui enregistrées.

Konwencja niniejsza wejdzie w życie, gdy ratyfikacje dwóch Członków Międzynarodowej Organizacji Pracy zostaną zarejestrowane przez Sekretarza Generalnego.

This Convention shall come into force at the date on which the ratifications of two Members of the International Labour Organisation have been registered by the Secretary-General.

Będzie ona obowiązywała wyłącznie tych Członków, których ratyfikacja została zarejestrowana w Sekretarjacie.

Elle ne liera que les Membres dont la ratification aura été enregistrée au Secrétariat.

It shall then be binding only upon these Members whose ratifications have been registered withthe Secretariat.

Każdy Członek, który ratyfikuje niniejszą Konwencję, zobowiązuje się, z zastrzeżeniem postanowień artykułu 3, do stosowania postanowień artykułu 1 najpóźniej od 1-go stycznia 1924 r., i do powzięcia środków, niezbędnych dla zapewnienia im skuteczności.

Sous réserve des dispositions de l'article 3, tout Membre qui ratifie la présente Convention s'engage a appliquer les dispositions de l'article 1, au plus tard le 1^er janvier 1924, et a prendre telles mesures qui seront nécessaires pour rendre effectives ces dispositions.

Subject to the provisions of Article 3, each Member which ratifies this Conventionagrees to bring the provisions of Article 1 into operation not later than 1 January 1924, and to take such action as may be necessary to make these provisions effective.

Każdy Członek Międzynarodowej Organizacji Pracy, ratyfikujący niniejszą Konwencję, zobowiązuje się stosować ją w swoich kolonjach, posiadłościach i protektoratach, zgodnie z postanowieniami artykułu 421 Traktatu Wersalskiego, oraz odpowiednich artykułów innych Traktatów Pokoju.

Tout Membre de l'Organisation internationale du Travail qui ratifie la présente Convention s'engage a l'appliquer a ses, colonies, possesions et protectorats, conformément aux dispositions de l'article 421 du Traité de Versailles et des articles correspondants des autres Traités de Paix.

Each Member of the International Labour Organisation which ratifies this Convention engages to apply it to its colonies, possessions and protectorates in accordance with the provisions of Article 421 of the Treaty of Versailles and of the corresponding Articles of the other Treaties of Peace:

Każdy Członek, który ratyfikował niniejszą Konwencję może po upływie lat dziesięciu od daty pierwotnego wejścia jej w życie wypowiedzieć ją aktem, który prześle do zarejestrowania Sekretarzowi Generalnemu Ligi Narodów. Wypowiedzenie to nabiera mocy dopiero po upływie roku od daty zarejestrowania go w Sekretarjacie.

Tout Membre ayant ratifié la présente Convention peut la dénoncer a l'expiration d'une période de dix années apres la date de la mise en vigueur initiale de la Convention par un acte communiqué au Secrétariat général de la Société des Nations et par lui enregistré. La dénonciation ne prendra effet qu'une année apres avoir été enregistrée au Secrétariat.

A Member which has ratified this Convention may denounce it after the expiration of ten years from the date on which the Convention first comes into force, by an act communicated to the Secretary-General of the League of Nations for registration. Such denunciation shall not take effect until one year after the date on which it is registered with the Secretariat.

Co najmniej raz na lat dziesięć Rada Administracyjna Międzynarodowego Biura Pracy winna złożyć Ogólnej Konferencji sprawozdanie o stosowaniu niniejszej Konwencji i rozpatrzyć potrzebę umieszczenia na porządku obrad Konferencji kwestji rewizji lub zmiany rzeczonej Konwencji.

Le Conseil d'administration du Bureau international du Travail devra, au moins une fois tous les dix ans, présenter un rapport sur l'application de la présente Convention et décidera s'il y a lieu d'inscrire a l'ordre du jour de la Conférence la question de la revision ou de la modification de ladite Convention.

At least once in ten years, the Governing Body of the International Labour Office shall present to the General Conference a report on the working of this Convention and shall consider the desirability of placing on the agenda of the Conference the question of its revision or modification.

Les textes français et anglais de la présente Convention feront foi l'un et l'autre.

The French and English texts of this Convention shall both be authentic.

Zaznajomiwszy się z powyższą Konwencją, uznaliśmy ją i uznajemy za słuszną zarówno w całości jak i każde z zawartych w niej postanowień, oświadczamy, że jest przyjęta, ratyfikowana i zatwierdzona i przyrzekamy że będzie niezmiennie zachowywana.

Ayant vu et examiné ladite Convention, Nous l'avons approuvée et approuvons en toutes et chacune des dispositions qui y sont contenues, déclarons qu'elle est acceptée, ratifiée et confirmée, et promettons qu'elle sera inviolablement observée.
