Adopts, this fifth day of June of the year one thousand nine hundred and twentyfive, the following Draft Convention for ratification by the Members of the international Labour Organization, in accordance with the provisions of Part XIII of the Treaty of Versailles and of the corresponding Parts of the other Treaties of Peace:

Each Member of the International Labour Organization whichratifies this Convention undertakes to grant to the nationalsof any other Member which shallhave ratified the Convention, whosuffer personal injury due to industrial accidents happening in itsterritory, or to their dependants,the same treatment in respect of

Tę równość traktowania należy zapewnić pracownikom obcymi posiadającym ich prawa bez żadnych warunków co do miejsca zamieszkania. Co się tyczy wypłat, jakich dany Członek lub jego obywatele mieliby dokonywać po zaswojem terytorjum w myśl tej zasady, to zainteresowani Członkowie wydadzą w razie potrzeby odpowiednie zarządzenia na podstawie osobnych układów.

Cette égalité de traitement sera assurée aux travailleurs étrangers et à leurs ayans droit sansaucune condition de résidence.Toutefois, en ce qui concerne lespaiements qu'un Membre ou sesressortissants auraient à faire endehors du territoire dudit Membre en vertu de ce principe, lesdispositions à prendre seront réglées, si cela est nécessaire, pardes arragements particuliers prisavec les Membres intéressés.

This equality of treatmentshall be guaranteed to foreignworkers and their dependantswithout any condition as to residence. With regard to the payments which a Member or its nationals would have to make outside that Member's territory inthe application of this principle, the measures to be adopted shall be regulated, if necessary, by special arrangementsbetween the Members concerned.

Specjalne układy między zainteresowanymi Członkami mogą przewidywać, że odszkodowania za nieszczęśliwe wypadki przy pracy, którym ulegli pracownicy zatrudnieni czasowo lub z przerwami na terytorjum jednego Członka na korzyść przedsiębiorstwa, położonego na terytorjum innego Członka podlegać będą ustawodawstwu tego ostatniego Członka.

Pour la réparation des accidents du travail survenus à destravailleurs occupés d'une manière temporaire ou intermittentesur le territoire d'un Membre pour le compte d'une entreprise située sur le territoire d'un autreMembre, il peut être prévu qu'ilsera fait application de la législation de ce dernier par accordspécial entre les Membres intéressés.

Special agreements may bemade between the Members concerned to provide that compensation for industrial accidents happening to workers whilst temporarily or intermittently employedin the territory of one Memberon behalf of an undertaking situated in the territory of another Member shall be governed by thelaws and regulations of latterMember.

Członkowie, którzy ratyfikują niniejszą Konwencję, a którzy nie posiadają jeszcze systemu odszkodowania lub ubezpieczenia w razie wypadków przy pracy, przyjmują zobowiązanie wprowadzenia takiego systemu w ciągu lat 3-ch od daty swej ratyfikacji.

Les Membres qui ratifient laprésente Convention et chez lesquels n'existe pas un régime d'indemnisation ou d'assurance forfaitaires des accidents du travailconviennet d'instituer un tel régime dans un délai de trois ansà dater de leur ratification.

The Members which ratifythis Convention and which do notalready possess a system, whether by insurance or otherwise, ofworkmen's compensation for industrial accidents agree to institute such a system within a period of three years from the dateof their ratification.

Członkowie, którzy ratyfikują niniejszą Konwencję, obowiązują się użyczać sobie wzajemnej pomocy, celem ułatwienia stosowania Konwencji, jako też wykonywania swych ustaw i rozporządzeń, dotyczących odszkodowania za nieszczęśliwe wypadki przy pracy i zawiadamiać Międzynarodowe Biuro Pracy o wszelkich zmianach w ustawach i rozporządzeniach obowiązujących w sprawach odszkodowania za nieszczęśliwe wypadki przy pracy, a Biuro zawiadomi o tem innych zainteresowanych Członków.

Les Membres qui ratifient laprésente Convention s'engagentà se prêter mutuellement assistance en vue de faciliter son application, ainsi que l'exécution de leurs lois et règlements respectifsen matière de réparation des accidents du travail, et à porter à laconnaissance du Bureau international du Travail, qui en informera les autres Membres intéressés,toute modification dans les loiset règlements en vigueur en matière de réparation des accidentsdu travail.

The Members which ratify thisConvention further undertake toafford each other mutual assistance with a view to facilitating theapplication of the Convention andthe execution of their respectivelaws and regulations on workmen's compensation and to informthe International Labour Office,which shall inform the other Members concerned, of any modifications in the laws and regulationsin force on workmen's compensation.

La présente Convention entrera en vigueur dès que les ratifications de deux Membres del'Organisation internationale duTravail auront été enregistréespar le Secrétaire général.

This Convention shall comeinto force at the date on whichthe ratifications of two Membersof the International Labour Organization have been registered bythe Secretary General.

Będzie ona obowiązywała wyłącznie tych Członków, których ratyfikacja została zarejestrowana w Sekretarjacie.

Elle ne liera que les Membresdont la ratification aura été enregistrée au Secrétariat.

It shall be binding only uponthose Members whose ratifications have been registered withthe Secretariat.

Następnie Konwencja ta obowiązywać zacznie każdego Członka od daty zarejestrowania jegoratyfikacji w Sekretarjacie.

Gdy ratyfikacje dwóch Członków Międzynarodowej Organizazacji Pracy zostaną zarejestrowane w Sekretarjacie, Sekretarz Generalny Ligi Narodów poda ten fakt do wiadomości wszystkich Członków Międzynarodowej Organizacji Pracy. Zawiadomi on również Członków o zarejestrowaniu ratyfikacyj, przesłanych mu później przez innych Członków Organizacji.

Aussitôt que les ratificationsde deux Membres de l'Organisation internationale du Travailauront été enregistrées au Secrétariat, le Secrétaire général dela Société des Nations notifiera cefait à tous les Membres de l'Organisation internationale du Travail.Il leur notifiera également l'enregistrement des ratifications quilui seront ultérieurement communiquées par tous autres Membresde l'Organisation.

As soon as the ratificationsof two Members of the International Labour Organization have been registered withthe Secretariat, the Secretary-General of the League of Nationsshall so notify all the Members ofthe International Labour Organisation. He shall likewise notifythem of the registration of ratifications which may be communicated subsequently by otherMembers of the Organization.

Każdy Członek, który ratyfikuje niniejszą Konwencję, zobowiązuje się z zastrzeżeniem postanowień artykułu 6 do stosowania postanowień artykułów 1, 2, 3 i 4 najpóźniej od 1-go stycznia 1927 r. i do powzięcia środków niezbędnych dla zapewnienia im skuteczności.

Sous réserve des dispositionsde l'article 6, tout Membre quiratifie la présente Conventions'engage à appliquer les dispositions des articles 1, 2, 3 et 4 auplus tard le 1-er janvier 1927, età prendre telles mesures qui seront nécessaires pour rendreeffectives ces dispositions.

Subject to the provisions ofArticle 6, each Member which ratifies this Convention agrees tobring the provisions of Articles 1,2, 3 and 4 into operation not laterthan 1 January 1927, and to takesuch action as may be necessaryto make these provisions effective.

Każdy Członek Międzynarodowej Organizacji Pracy, ratyfikujący niniejszą Konwencję, zobowiązuje się stosować ją w swoich kolonjach, posiadłościach i protektoratach, zgodnie z postanowieniami artykułu 421 Traktatu Wersalskiego i odpowiednich artykułów innych Traktatów Pokoju.

Tout Membre de l'Organisationinternationale du Travail qui ratifie la présente Convention s'engage à l'appliquer à ses colonies,possessions ou protectorats, conformément aux dispositions del'article 421 du Traité de Versailles et des articles correspondantsdes autres Traités de Paix.

Each Member of the International Labour Organization whichratifies this Convention engagesto apply it to its colonies, possessions and protectorates in accordance with the provisions of Article 421 of the Treaty of Versailles and of the corresponding Articlesof the other Treaties of Peace.

Każdy Członek, który ratyfikował niniejszą Konwencję, może po upływie lat dziesięciu od daty pierwotnego wejścia jej w życie wypowiedzieć ją aktem, który prześle do zarejestrowania Sekretarzowi Generalnemu Ligi Narodów. Wypowiedzenie to nabiera mocy dopiero po upływie roku oddaty zarejestrowania go w Sekretarjacie.

Tout Membre ayant ratifié laprésente Convention peut la dénoncer, à l'expiration d'une période de dix années après la datede la mise en vigueur initiale dela Convention, par un acte communiqué au Secrétaire général dela Société des Nations et par luienregistré. La dénonciation neprendra effet qu'une année aprèsavoir été enregistrée au Secrétariat.

A Member which has ratifiedthis Convention may denounce itafter the expiration of ten yearsfrom the date on which theConvention first comes intoforce, by an act communicated to the Secretary-General ofthe League of Nations for registration. Such denunciation shallnot take effect until one year after the date on which it is registered with the Secretariat.

Co najmniej raz na lat dziesięć Rada Administracyjna Międzynarodowego Biura Pracy winna złożyć Ogólnej Konferencji sprawozdanie o stosowaniu niniejszejKonwencji i rozpatrzyć potrzebę umieszczenia na porządku obrad Konferencji kwestji rewizji lub zmiany rzeczonej Konwencji.

Le Conseil d'administration, duBureau international du Travail devra, au moins une fois tous lesdix ans, présenter à -la Conférence générale un rapport sur l'application de la présente Conventionet décidera s'il y a lieu d'inscrireà l'ordre du jour de la Conférence la question de la revision oude la modification de ladite Convention.

At least once ten years, theGoverning Body of the International Labour Office shall present tothe General Conference a reporton the working of this Convention and shall consider the desirability of placing on the agendaof the Conference the question ofits revision or modification.

The foregoing is the authentic text of the Draft Convention duly adopted by the General Conference of the International Labour Organization during its Seventh session which was held at Geneva and declared closed the 10th day of June 1925.
